Monster Hunter World is a very niche game. It is very grindy by nature and will have you fighting the same monsters many times over to get the parta you need to make the gear you want. That being said, the monster fights are very dynamic and even when you learn all of a monster's moves it may still catch you off guard sometimes.

Greetings Hunters!
Monster Hunter World: Iceborne's console release is only a few days away, which means that hopefully everyone is as excited as we are.
We wanted to quickly share that we have reached over 258,000 subscribers (258,635 as of the time of writing this post). This is an incredible number which tells us that Monster Hunter: World is boasting a thriving and healthy community! I remember joining the subreddit December 2017, when we were still at about 3,000 users. To see this massive growth in such a short period of time is nothing short of remarkable, and could not have been achieved without all of you.
From the mod team to everyone: Thank you for supporting us and making us proud to be a part of the wholesome and distinctly creative Monster Hunter community.
From myself to my fellow to my fellow mods: Thank you for keeping this subreddit in order, and putting an exceptional amount of time and effort. I am extremely lucky to be a part of your team.
We truly appreciate it, and we hope to continue to encourage discussion, passion, and creativity.
To coincide with this milestone and Iceborne's release, we have also released an update to the subreddit CSS Design on old reddit (for desktop):
Most of this design update was cleanup with a specific aim to enhance usability. There are likely bugs that we may have missed, so please feel free to comment below (or send us a modmail) with any issues you may encounter (and your browser i.e. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox ... etc.)
